Long and light-filled summer evenings deserve to be spent outdoors,
with the mouth-watering scent of barbequed food mingling in the air
with the chatter and laughter of friends. This summer, let one of the

cater for your family party or client bash with a barbeque to beat all
barbeques. From small, intimate groups to larger parties, The Twelve
can cater for them all, offering everything from a delicious mixed
grill of Irish beef tenderloin and salmon to a Mexican barbeque with a
whole pig roast!
To make your event even more special, the
team at The Twelve can arrange a special themed barbeque, with flowers,
decorations and music helping to set the tone. For example, daisies and
old 45’s could decorate a 50’s party, with waiting staff dressed in
jeans and white shirts rolled up at the cuff, serving guests listening
to early Elvis and Buddy Holly. A cowboy barbeque could feature bails
of straw instead of tables and waiting staff in cowboy hats serving
beverages in canning jars.
The Twelve have a number of different
menu options from the traditional barbeque for €19.50 per person
(minimum 20 guests) to the fancier options featuring a chocolate
fountain (€39.75 per person). You can also mix and match from the 6
menu options.
There are a number of extras that you can
add on to your BBQ menu including Pure Ice Cream Sundae Stations,
special drink selections such as boutique beers, pitchers of Sangria,
Mojitos and Long Island Iced Teas, and if the weather doesn’t prove to
be as predictably fabulous as the food, you and your party (dependent
upon size, of course) will be moved to the shelter of Na Beanna Beolla
Ballroom.
