Driving Directions to Galway

Driving directions from Dublin  - GPS Lat 53.25176 Long 9.15110
From Dublin City drive to the quays and continue to Heuston Station which will be on your right.
Take the motorway following signs for the The West. The Motoway travel time is just about 2 hours.

Approaching Galway follow signs for Galway City and then for Clifden and Oughterard.
At the junction with Headford Road beside Dunnes Stores take the third exit.This will take you over the Quincentenial Bridge and the River Corrib. At this point, take the N 6 and follow the signs for Spiddal/Coast road or Salthill. You are now just 10 minutes away dependent upon traffic.
Continue on the signposted road to Spiddal. On entering Barna you will see the hotel on the right hand side of the crossroads as you enter the village.

Time: 2 1/2 -3 Hours.

Driving Directions from Shannon Airport
Drive north from Shannon airport on the N18 passing through Ennis and on to Galway.
At the Oranmore roundabout follow the N59 out towards Clifden.
This will take you over the Quincentenial Bridge and the River Corrib.
