Galway’sbiggest restaurant ever will be the Big Top with performances from terrificacts like Grizzly Bear, Josh Ritter, Glen Hansard, Imelda May and The RTEProms.Food from TheTwelve Pop-Up at the Big Top lives up to those high standards, with optionsincluding The Indie Bay Seafood Chowder for just €6, or ‘The Hansard Hot Dog’,a gourmet hot dog featuring James McGeough’s turf smoked Connemara sausage ‘fallingslowly’ onto a bun ‘Framed’ with The Twelve’s onion marmalade, also only €6.Named in honour of the beautiful Ms. May is Imelda’s 5oz.s of Mayham, a flamegrilled burger with caramelized onions and at just €6, it will tickle yourtaste buds in the way that Imelda’s voice might tickle your fancy! A delicious ‘FromThe Proms’ smoked seafood salad with local leaves, a Josh Nosh coconut andlemongrass vegetable curry and amarinated with ‘Almighty Love’ chicken breast complete the menu.
