The Pins Gastro Bar is all things to all people; its cosy ambiance makes it the heart and soul of our hotel, and a favourite spot with both locals and visitors in equal measure. We are really excited about our new outdoor dining space Nóin, which is Irish for Noon, in keeping with The Twelve. It’s a nod to the 1920’s French Riviera and is both stylish and fun. We all need a bit of sunshine in our lives right now more than ever, and that’s what we are trying to do with Nóin. its covered, heated and serves the Pins Full Menu and Pizza. Necessity really is the mother of invention.
The bar offers a worldly assortment of artisanal cocktails, craft beers, rare spirits and a wine list of biblical proportions; and our food menu features a seasonally inspired mix of plates and bar bites.
Our renowned mixologists, sommeliers and chef make the bar more than deserving of its countless awards and accolades.
The Pins is also a place to enjoy great breakfasts, coffee, organic tea, and breads 'just out of the oven' from our bakery
