The hotel reserves the right to change any rates which have been incorrectly quoted.

Reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 72 hours prior to day of arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 night(s) accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card.
Non refundable reservations will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If the hotel cannot fulfil the original date a new agreeable date will be organised.

After this, all data is deleted. This data will only be used for the purpose intended. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorised personnel from The Twelve Hotel human resources department.
