 Chef Martin has brought together a selection of delicious classics and signature dishes with a twist, from house-style kedgeree with smoked fish and boiled eggs to power salads, from local fish to half a roast chicken with lemon and herbs, pancetta cream and sautéed potatoes, from 12-hour slow braised beef cheek for two to share with root vegetables and creamed potato to white bean cassoulet with smoked black pudding and poached eggs, from McGeough’s ribeye with beef dripping chips to the gourmet pizza of the day. This is comfort food at its finest, the perfect treat for fathers this Father’s Day!

Fergus has created a drinks menu that includes artisan cordials and presses, cold brew coffees and Solaris teas, fresh juices, prosecco cocktails, Bellini pitchers and local beers, and his excellent wine list is also available to find the perfect match for any brunch option.For the sweet of tooth there are homemade seasonal sorbets and the most deliciously irresistible freshly made doughnuts with dipping sauces – it’s worth going out for brunch for these alone and Dad will love them!
