Daring guests will be blindfoldedthroughout the entire meal, without their sight to guide them they willexperience taste, textures and flavours in a completely new and more heightenedway. As diners Dine in the Dark theywill be supporting those experiencing sight loss by raising money to providetools, advice and technology to enable people living with sight loss to livelife to the full.

Chef Martin O’Donnell prepares andpresents delicious dishes using sustainable practices, with an emphasis onlocal, seasonal ingredients while also aiming to continually reduce therestaurant’s carbon footprint.
