at The Twelve Hotel again promises to take much of the stress and hassle out of your Christmas dinner, with a series of life-changing, time-saving and delicious offers!
Order before the 21st December and The Twelve will prepare a splendid Christmas feast for you – turkey, ham plus all the essential tasty trimmings – which you can collect on the 23rd or Christmas Eve and serve to your delighted family and friends on Christmas Day – and they will be none the wiser!
Ideal for those who don’t have time to cook, who find cooking stressful, who have just too many people to cook for all by themselves, or those who simply want to relax and spend Christmas day stuffing themselves instead of a whole turkey, The Bakery Shop at The Twelve has a turkey and ham hock wellington dinner for €46 for two people and €86 for four people. This comes cooked with all the trimmings including stuffing, roast potatoes, vegetables and cranberry sauce, as well as a bottle of Mulled Wine to enjoy whilst you simply warm everything up. Or, indulge yourself and pre-order a luscious Alder smoked ham cooked on The Green Egg and priced at €38.00 for a whole 3kg and €20 for 1.5kg.

Thornhill confit duck leg, local leaves, chestnuts and cranberries €20 for two people, goat’s cheese tartlet with creamed leek and onion €20 for two, seasonal vegetable soups by the pint €15 – plus lobster bisque and wild mushroom.
Sides of creamed mash potato, root vegetables, braised red cabbage and smoked bacon stuffing. (€12 to €16 per pint)
Also available from The Twelve’s culinary brigade are jars of gorgeous confit of duck, cranberry and apple chutney, honey and maple mustard glaze for your ham, rosemary and orange jam, delectable red wine and herb jus, perfect for the turkey (pint for €12), a cranberry, Cointreau and sloe gin relish, duck fat for the perfect crispy spuds and a smoked pancetta, sage and chervil stuffing.
Of course, you can also order desserts like the signature 1lb Christmas pudding with dangerously tasty homemade brandy butter, lush trifles, classic tiramisu, signature ‘Stout 1’ puddings, chocolate yule logs, cheesecakes, banoffees, and bags of mulled wine marshmallows and West restaurant’s fudge.
The Twelve Bakery is also a Santa sack full of stocking-stuffers for foodies, with onion marmalades, preserves, organic chocolates, the now legendary ‘Brown Bag’ Cocktails, festive local gift hampers, fabulous wines and amazing olive oils sourced from good friends of The Twelve in Marche, Italy.
